Nicknamed the "Licky Chicky", Maddie is an affectionate girl of superb temperament, who has plenty of enthusiasm for whatever she does.  She achieved her Australian Champion title at 2 years of age with limited showing, and is an excellent worker having achieved her Working Team Dog title and Working Pack Dog Excellent Title with ease.

At the 2006 AMCV Championship Show, under renowned US Breed Specialist, Shilon Bedford of Black Ice Kennels, Maddie was honoured with the awards of Bitch Challenge and Runner Up to Best In Show as well as being awarded Runner Up in Working Dog Match.

In 2007 Maddie whelped 6 healthy pups including two who went on to become Australian Champions.

Maddie is now well and truly retired.
